How to Adjust Apple Watch Series 9 Brightness?

I just replaced an Apple 4 series with a series 9. I think I made a big mistake. When it’s dark I can barely read the watch as it’s so dim ??? Apple did a diagnostic on my phone said it’s fine to turn up the brightness. It’s all the way up and still cant see. I’ve changed watch faces also. Obviously APPLE knows there is a problem but obviously has not come up with a fix or does not want to. I actually may return as it’s rendered unusable at night. Sad thing is the employees k ow there is a problem but just won’t admit it. Wonder if they read the threads here ?!

if it were me, I would get rid of it if you are having issues. I’ve had my series 9 for less than six months and dropped it as I was putting it on yesterday. The screen broke and I figured I could get it fixed like all Apple products. Found out just 30 min ago you can’t and the only option is to pay 300 to fix it or 400 to buy a new one! I’ve only had apple products and never had an issue fixing screens. Had I known it couldn’t be fixed, I for sure would have bought the care + if I had been warned or buy something else. Buyer beware- better otterbox your watch too and buy extra protection that you are now forced to buy! 😡 as for me this has soured me on apple and seriously thinking of crossing over to other products.
