my voice mail greeting is gone from my new phone
iphone 15 purchased yesterday does not have my custom greeting that was on my previous phone. can i get it back

Your custom greeting was never on your phone; it was on your carrier’s voicemail server. You should log in to the voicemail server by holding the “1” button for 2 seconds, or calling your own phone number, and follow the voice prompts to check your outgoing message.
