I can’t hotspot my iPad Air to my iPhone 13 Pro
it comes up with my device/ iPhone but when I tap the device that pops up it says unavailable to connect

If you are using an older model iPad, you may need to change a setting on your iPhone:
Settings > Personal Hotspot > Maximise Compatibility - set to ON
