I was charged twice for a subscription. Also the app is not even working. I would like a refund.

I bought a one year subscription to FamiSafe.


i realise now that I was charged twice for this app.


secondly the app is not working on our phones and I am unable to use most of the features.


I would like a refund of both charges please.

When refunded the subscription is also cancelled
