Macbook pro 2015 terrible slow after Monterrey update

I really don't get it, My Macbook Pro 15" mid-2015 was working perfectly, everything was smooth, no problems at all, it was fast and reliable, however since the launch of Sonoma OS (this model didn´t upgrade anymore, but had a Monterrey Update). After that update my Mac became like a Windows laptop terribly slow, it gets stuck for everything even the most simple tasks.

Did Apple put something in that Monterrey update to make us buy a new computer? I can't find another answer to this. They have done it before so is there something legitimately wrong or they did this on purpose? who else is having this problem?
