Upgrading to Sonoma has deleted all my Music Library (and playlists) I'm tired of this

After upgrading my Macbook to Sonorama, I open Music and voilá, my entire library and playlists is gone.

It's not the first time that this happens. Every couple of years. So I'd like to recover everything. Hours and hours and hours of work.

P.S.: My iPhone still has the library the way it used to be before for some reason Apple decided to get rid of my library. Would it be possible to use my phone to restore everything on my MacBook?

Thanks.

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 14.0

I don't have a Subscription. I just listen to my own mp3's. I have never been able to understand why Apple decides to delete my data. If I try File/Library/Import Playlist and I select the file "Music Library.musiclibrary"... (or I just double-click on it)...

I get a pop up: An unknown error occurred (-50).

Thanks

You cannot import a .musiclibrary database, instead you hold down option as you launch Music, click the Choose Library option, then select the .musiclibrary database that you want to open.
