recently at various times on calls, suddenly people can’t hear me, but I can hear them.
I have shutdown and restarted my phone a few times. Any ideas on solutions? Thanks
Are you having issues with people hearing you while you have your phone up to your ear AND while you're on speaker mode?
If you're having an issue with both modes, it's likely an issue with your cellular service.
If you're only having an issue with the phone up to your ear, then it's likely your bottom microphone (bottom left grills) is either dirty or failing. You can purchase tack putty to try cleaning the grill.
You can also try updating your phone, as it's a few updates out of date.
