My apple id and itunes account has been disabled

What do I do?

You do what the Related Article link at the top of this page, which brought you here, tells you to do, which is to Contact Apple Support. This is not Apple Support. This is a user to user only forum. Click the Contact Apple Support in the link as only Apple Support can help you if your account is disabled.
