Downloading contacts to windows 11 format
How do I transfer my contacts to an Asus computer with windows 11

Contacts on iPhone are either stored on iCloud or on a 3rd party email account, but not directly on the iPhone. To download them, you can log in to https://icloud.com/contacts and export them from there as a VCF file (vCard), or log in to your email account that holds them, and use their export facility.
Then import them into whatever contact app you are using in Windows 11.
