google maps works so bad comparing to android

Hi,

I was about to purchase 15 pro max but then I started using my company phone - Iphone 13 just to see how it is. I need to admit I am impressed and I would like to switch to IOS and Iphone devices, but there is one decider that is not allowing me to do so - google maps. I dont know if something is wrong with the settings, or google maps works just terrible on iphones.

• if you open app, you can notice small dot and cone representing direction you are currently facing. If you move your phone to left or right, cone should move the same way. And it it but it is moving so slooooooow, where at the same time on android is just like response without delays

• if you start navi and select option to go by foot, it is like navigation from previous century. Again, when you move your phone to the left or right it takes forever to move the screen to the same direction. It is so laggy.

• You dont know where to go at the beggining, because your phone is not representing your actual possition and you can not check it by moving left or right. You always have to guess and make some steps back of forward to see where are you going actually

• gps by foot - another thing - map is moved to left or right, like I am holding my phone shifted/tilted by 20 degrees.

• gps by foot - sometimes i am walking through the buildings according to what google maps shows on screen

• when apple car is in use, you can not move map by just dragging your finger on touchscreen. Instead of this you have to hit a button representing you want to move map and then another 4 arrows appears. LOL it is so terrible.

Same things are happening to my wife's iphone.

Could you please give me a hint how I can make it work same way as it works on android phones? And please do not tell me switch to apple maps, it is no-go for me. Maybe there are some settings that I am not aware of.
