I lost my phone a year ago, I think my ex found it and somehow has Ben able to see everything I do on my new phone. I changed my appleid password and I do not see the phone attached to my current account. How can I stop this?

the best option is to restore your phone as NEW and not from backup.

What makes you think this, what proof do you have?
Because they sends me screenshots of messages I have sent, they know when I send something to someone it’s like they can see it in real time.
Security concerns Someone is able to see my messages and others things in my iPhone. How is that possible?
