I use to be able to scroll down and quickly find my phone or get the flashlight. I updated the app and now it show my calendar and a bunch of other stuff, but I no longer have the ones to din my phone and flashlight . Where did they go?

How you open Control Center on a Watch changed when OS 10 was released. Press the side button once (not the round Digital Crown).
