Can a MagSafe Charger charge an Apple Watch ?

apple watch is not listed when one click compatability so this would make me
suspect that it would not work
You need to use an Apple Watch charging puck. Either the one that came with the Apple Watch, one of the Apple accessory Apple Watch chargers, or a 3rd party Apple Watch charger.
A MagSafe charger does not work (and I did just put my Apple Watch on my MagSafe charger and nothing happened, so I've even verified this for you).
A Qi charger does not work (I think a MagSafe charger is just a Qi charger with a magnetic ring around it)
