Why Recovery Assistant


Help!!! Just turn on my MacBook Pro, why it turned up like this?? This screen cannot function, just stay on like this, even I couldn't click 'Restart' or 'Next' button. Even I turn off and on. What happen? How do I resolve this?

Hi,

Startup in Safe Mode, then normal boot which could solve your issue.

Use safe mode on your Mac – Apple Support (AU)

If it doesn't help, and if your MacBook Pro has intel processor, resetting NVRAM could solve the issue.

Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
