I'm trying to add a recovery contact but when I try I get an error message: "Unable to add Recovery Contact
There was a problem adding your recovery contact. Try again later." This happens with all the contacts I try, even those from the family.

They meet the requirements, one of them was already added, I deleted it to try adding it again and I get the same error.
In fact they have added me as a contact

Since you made recent changes, suggest you try a power-off restart.
Perhaps your designee might do the same.
