The issue is that for replacement or even support I need the serial number, but I can't get the serial number because I don't have a case and I use an android phone with the airpods.

If the serial number printed on the AirPods Pro isn’t sufficient, contact Apple Support.
I can't contact apple support without a serial code, I tried using the number on the airpods (they are different, so I assumed that wasn't the serial code)
