Freeform keeps crashing on iPadOS 17.0.3.

Hello,

I use my M1 iPad Air for my math homework. I'll do my homework/quizzes in Safari and solve the questions using Freeform in split view. While I was doing work last night Freeform crashed to the home menu, taking Safari down with it. Fortunately I did not lose any work but this has happened multiple times so I'd like to hopefully try and solve it. This isn't the first time this has happened either; it crashed multiple times on iPadOS 16 as well. If you need anything from me to get to the bottom of this I'll do my best. I spotted a log relating to Freeform in analytics if that helps.
