The phone is acting as if the memory is full but it is not. Only have 44 gigs used out of 125. Apps crash or fail to open. Email crashes while writing emails. If I go to phone storage to delete files it crashes. Screen freezes often and at random. No repairs have been made to the phone and watching the battery indicator is like watching an altimeter needle while skydiving aka it moves rather quickly toward ZERO What gives?

Basic troubleshooting:
Restart, Reset, Restore from backup and Restore as NEW.
iPhone 13 has become super glitchy after 17.0.3 update
