My phone has a cellular error so I cannot make calls or texts

iPhone 7, iOS 15

Please try and install a carrier settings update

Make sure that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or a cellular network.
Tap Settings > General > About.
Follow the onscreen instructions to install your carrier update.
