iPhone refund

I sent the old iPhone in for credit. Fed ex tracking says it arrived to its destination. Apple says it hasn’t been received. Who do I contact?

FedEx for proof it was delivered, then contact Apple and

submit the proof of delivery.

iPhone refund We have the new phone (an I-Phone 14) and an order number as well as a Quote ID. We do not have a return mailing address or a mailing slip for the old phone. How do we get one? Thanks [Personal Information Edited by Moderator]
