why the dont Apple tell us this, I have been searching for a solution for months.

By default an alarm should continue to ring until you either disable it or snooze it. This may be different if you have a feature like Attention Aware enabled.
You can check if you have that enabled in Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Attention Aware Features.
