I have a new iPhone and apple watch. I successfully paired the two, but my apple watch was not getting information from my phone. I reset my apple watch and now it wants to pair with my phone, but my phone shows it already paired. I deleted my apple watch from my iCloud devices, but my phone still shows the watch. I cannot unpair watch because the option is grayed out. I've tried restarting both devices and logging out/in from my apple account.

What does “new … Apple Watch” mean exactly? Did you just purchase this Apple Watch in a brand new, factory sealed box directly from Apple or an Authorized Apple Retailer?
