iPhone 11 not charging when it’s on after iOS 17 update

My iPhone 11 doesn’t charge , especially after he it hit under 60%. I have to turn it off. This happened after the update. I restarted, tried different chargers , apple and not, nothing is working. My husband is having the exact same problem so clearly this is a software issue. When will there be an update to fix this?

Why is my iPhone not charging fully after iOS 18.5 update? Hello, Since I have updated my phone, it will not charge completely. Overnight, it is only reaching the 50%-60% range. I have tried multiple other chargers, and it is charging incredibly slowly. I checked the port of debris. I have used multiple other cables, and they all are charging slowly. If your iPhone won't charge, follow the steps in If your iPhone or iPod touch won't charge

If it continues after these steps, reach out to Apple for support - Get Support.
