Volume problem when I’m on video call

I've recently switched to iphone 11 and I cant find a way to adjust call volume and media volume seperately while on call. It’s getting decreased or increased together specially when im on video call using messenger and want to do multi tasking like video calling while watching videos in tiktok facebook or ig reels. Is there any possible to adjust it seperately like android let me know how please.

iPhone 11, iOS 17

Hi there ttabernacle,

You can follow the steps in this support article to adjust the volume on your iPhone: Adjust the volume on iPhone - Apple Support

Call volume in a video call in a third-party app like Messenger is considered media volume, so there isn't a way to adjust it separately. you can adjust the ringer and alerts separately from media volume only. have a look at the link above to learn more about how that works.

Also, you can provide feedback here if you'd like: Feedback - iPhone - Apple

Take care.
