The Computer comes on and I can hear the fan running, but the display does not come on. I need to bring it in in the Dallas area. I dont know what else to say.

If you need to locate an Apple Authorized Service Provider in the Dallas area, please use Apple Authorized Service Provider Locator (AASP) & Genius Appointment to start that process. What ever you do though is DO NOT take it to a Best Buy!!!

Holding down the shift key while I turn on the computer still doesnt get a picture. Can hear the computer "running" but no picture
