Apple cannot send you your passcode. If someone told you they could, they lied and you should change your Apple ID's password right away.

I was at an Apple store and a tall person that worked there my have seen my passcode not my password is this a problem I was at an Apple store, my passcode only may have been compromised not my password. Do I need to change it?
