Moving a contact to a list

I want to move a 'Contact' from my 'All Contacts' to a 'List'. In the past I just highlighted the Contact and dragged it to my List but it won't do it now. I am on Ventura 13.5.2

Mac mini, macOS 13.5

Restart the computer and retry. You are doing it correctly.

Your welcome.

Please learn some basic resets if you experience basic problems like you did such as:

Restart the computer, it is wise to restart about 1x per week.
Restart the computer in Safe Mode

You would be amazed how many problems they solve!
