Remove media taking over Lock Screen background

In iPadOS 16 and under there was this feature which would make it so that whatever media was playing on that iPad, whether that be a song or a movie, you could control it from your lock screen using a little widget. Depending on what app was playing the media, you could change the volume, pause, or skip. But, after upgrading to iPadOS 17, this feature is still there. But, for whatever reason, it'll still show the media widget, put also change your lockscreen background to the colors of that media. So if I was watching like a video of anything, the colors of that video that are most apparent would be set as my Lock Screen background, INSTEAD of the Lock Screen background I chose.

Is there a way to prevent this?
