Boxes around Watch display and elements in it.

Since one of the recent upgrades, I get boxes around the entire display or element in it. I am constantly told to enter my passcode, but when I do, one of those boxes shows up and I don't think putting my passcode in actually works.

How do I turn this "feature" OFF?

It looks like AssistiveTouch is activated on your Apple Watch.

Open the Settings app on your Apple Watch.
Tap Accessibility, then tap AssistiveTouch.
Tap AssistiveTouch to turn it off.
