I forgot my iPhone 11 passcode
I tried everything on Apple support i either dont have a computer only laptop and idk if i can use that

A laptop is a computer; maybe you mean a tablet? For the method shown in If you forgot your iPhone passcode - Apple Support you will need a computer. Either a Windows computer with iTunes installed or any Mac computer. If you don't have one and can't borrow one, see the following from that support article:
If you don't have a computer and you can't borrow one, you need to go to an Apple Retail Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider for help.
