"refunded" but not deposited

I tried the Apple music 3 month free trial and it was supposed to be done on nov 13 2023 but it suddenly deducted on my account on oct 12 2023. I cancelled the subscription and tried to get a refund. It says on the claim that it is refunded but It is still not reflecting on my account. please help
