HOW DO I GET INTO MY IPHONE WHEN I FORGOT THE PASSCODE?

I HAVE AN OLD PHONE I AM TRYING TO ACCESS AND FORGOT THE PASSCODE TO GET IN THE PHONE. HOW CAN I ACCESS THE PHONE OR RESET THE PASSCODE? I DON'T WANT TO RESTORE THE PHONE.

That is not possible. If it were possible, using a passcode would be useless.
