Why is airdrop the first app on my favorites when sharing something despite the fact that I’ve never used airdrop before in a decade of having iPhones and I don’t even have anything that shows up airdrop related when I try to search my App Library or settings? I don’t have an airdrop password either…

AirDrop is not an App , so it’s not in your App Library. And your screenshots confirm AirDrop is indeed present in your Settings.
