Closing apps in background

Should I close out apps running in background on iPhone 15 ?

No. There are no apps actually running in the background with the possible exception of navigation or streaming, and that’s only when you’re actively using them.


Closing them manually will actually end up using more battery power and slowing things down since they have to be reloaded from scratch the next time you launch them.
