is the workout app on my Apple watch SE 2nd gen the same as the Apple fitness app for 9.99

I use the workout app every morning when I walk but I am not sure if the information that I get is only from the workout app or is some of it from the apple fitness app. The fitness app is free for 3 months then $9.99 a month.

No it Is not the same. The workout app you can use free of charge, and Fitness+ is a subscription service
