Not getting text notifications on my watch 9.6.3

I'm also stopped getting notifications, despite a locked iPhone, unlocked watch and all notification settings enabled.

From your post, we understand that you no longer get text notifications on your Apple Watch.

Keep in mind, Notifications appear on your Apple Watch or iPhone, but not both: Notifications on your Apple Watch - Apple Support

• If your iPhone is unlocked, you get notifications on your iPhone instead of your Apple Watch.
• If your iPhone is locked or asleep, you get notifications on your Apple Watch, unless your Apple Watch is locked.

We also recommend checking your Notification settings in the Watch app on your paired iPhone. Go to Watch > Notifications > Messages.
