Where is my 69 roubles?

My card was charged for some kind of iTunes service, given the fact that I don't have any subscriptions

Apple tried to charge me of 31$ So Apple tried to charge me from both of my cards 30.99$, gladly my cards were empty. I tried to find out from where this amount is and can't find, I don't have any subscriptions or purchases with this amount of money, there is no support chat, nothing, I am very disappointed , the bill is from Apple.com/bill ITUNES.COM IE

Payment problem iTunes charged me 20$ for something I didn’t subscribed. Luckily I didn’t have money on my card. I would like to know what I was charged for
