Phone won't start. Apple logo flashing.

My is unable to start. It has a scheduled update which was going to be carried out in the night.

When I tried to start the phone this morning the apple logo was flashing and it would not start. When trying to shut down the phone a message came up saying to plug into a computer and restore from back up.
