My Apple TV remote won’t work and I tried charging it and resetting my Apple TV it still won’t work what do I need to do ?

What is your model remote? Identify your Apple TV remote - Apple Support

If your Siri Remote or Apple TV Remote isn't working - Apple Support

Try restarting just the remote, using the described button combination,
Try pairing the remote again, using the other described button combination.
