Enrool In remote Management

I bought a new MacBook Pro and had it shipped to me. My company has an account with Apple and we use it to buy our equipment at a small discount.

Instead, I was halted at a screen that says "Remote Management"

How do I disable this and get it back to being a normal MacBook?

You don't. Your device was bought with your company account and they have remote management. Only they can change that.
