Apple card not working on Mac or iPhone

I can't get the Apple Card app to work on the iMac or the iPhone today 10/10/23

Apple Card does not have an app. What app are you having issues with?

On the iMac you can login to the Apple Card (not an App). Nothing here at all just the spinning disk. On the the iPhone also I finally got it to work only by using assistive touch
