Ordered online (apple India) , payment done, but no confirmation of order

I tried to order an 20W power adapter from apple store india on 10/10/2023 and i paid through upi (PhonePe) . The transaction was completed and money was debited from my account but order was not placed nor i didn’t get any confirmation email. How long do i have to wait for the refund? Is there any process to apply for refund?
