I just bought an iPhone 15 and the cable that came with it is too small to fit in the charger. Was I supposed to buy a new charger

I’m trying to charge my phone and the cable that came with it is too small to fit n the charger. Was I supposed to get a different one?

If you don't already own a usb-c charging block then yes you need to get one or buy a cable that will accommodate your charging block or an adapter. All can be found on the Apple website.
