How to scan iPhone for hacks, spyware, etc

I just can’t shake the feeling someone somehow is accessing my info etc. without actually using my phone, like some type of hack, spyware, etc. is there a way to check for that? I know they have couple apps but in the past I tried 1 or 2 an they seemed fishy or just apps that didn’t scan enough nor the right thing or basically did nothing an wanted you to buy or even just download it to get paid for absolutely nothing except to have a fancy scanner screen trick you into the fact it’s doing anything at all!!
