For some reason my text notifications arent working on my new iphone 15 pro max. It is up to date with the LATEST iOS 17.1 software. I have done all the things in setting etc. It seems to be an issue with the software.

Currently, the latest publicly released software is iOS 17.03, so it sounds like you might be using a beta version of iOS. Since beta versions are not publicly released and are still in development, it is expected that some features might not work as intended. Unlike support for public release versions, you'll want to submit the issue using Feedback Assistant and then remove the beta software.
