Live feed of heart rate, temperature and other body values.

Dear Community,

I am new to Apple and I've just gotten my new Iphone 15 Pro and an Apple Watch 8.

I am looking for a way to send and display a life feed of my actual heart rate and perhaps even other values like body temperature or respiratory rate to my iPhone or to a Windows Workstation.

My first thought was the heart rate app or the trainings app but it doesn't show the life data anywhere on my phone inside the standard health or fitness app. Is there a way to enable such a life feed or are there any third party apps that may provide such life feeds to display the data to another observer or to simply record it there.

Thank you for your time.

The only place on iphone you will see some of that data is in Health app but it will be batched up several times a day from Watch, not live streamed.

The only exception us the new cycling workout linkup with iphone on iOS17 and OS10

Body temperature is only for night time menstrual cycle and ovulation prediction .

Respiratory rate is part of sleep monitoring only.

Some people have asked for such a live feed to monitor their elderly parent’s life signs but that is way beyond intended scope of Watch
