iPhone 13 Pro photos are blurry

I am a pro photographer using big 35mm cameras, so I know what a sharp photo is, and my iPhone 13 Pro is NOT making sharp pictures. In good strong light, when held in a steady fashion, my photos often look very painterly and soft when I try to enlarge them just a little bit. My partner's iPhone 13 Pro is also doing the same thing. We have cleaned the lenses, used burst mode to try to minimize shake, etc., but to no avail. 8 times out of 10 the photos are blurry. I have ready many reviews complaining about this issue on the web, and here on the apple support forum. But I have not found any real solution to this problem being posted. Does anyone know of a 'fix' for this, does Apple have a bad run of lenses that went into the iPhone 13 Pro and Max? Very disappointed, as I use my phone pictures for teaching along with my bigger camera images, and they look so blurry that I don't feel good about showing them large on a screen anymore. I never had this issue with my iPhone 11. questioning the value of the upgrade now...
