i like to conect my Ipad 9 gen. to an external screen, and I can`t find any app or function for this

To make a wired connection from your iPad9's Lightning connector, you will need either an Apple Lightning to Digital AV Adapter along with a suitable HDMI cable - or a Lightning to VGA Adapter for older monitors that only have a corresponding analogue video input.
