2017 macbook shows no available updates, What do i do ?

Currently on version 10.10.5, trying to update so i can download apps , use netflix etc but wont let me update and shows no available updates.

MacBook, OS X 10.10

If you can't update at System Preferences >SOftware Update, you can download from following site.
