Whenever a song is selected for playback AM will skip through that song and the whole album it's on just to end up suggesting a song that it will play at this point.
Reseting the iTunes download cache, rebooting and relogging / reauthorising did not fix the issue.

Title says it. Apple Music Preview App, not iTunes. Reinstall didn't fix the issue. Also needed to log in 3 times for it to log in.
